Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds due to the digital nature of our services. Services once delivered cannot be retrieved by its very nature. Additionally, we can’t offer you an exchange either due to the digital nature of our services.

Subscriptions may be cancelled any time from your end. However, the current period that has been charged cannot be refunded. Your services will accordingly be terminated from the next billing cycle. You will retain access to our services for the period already charged.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
